As the business owner of MADE BY JOHANNAH, I actively managed the brand’s Facebook page, ensuring that each post reflected our commitment to sustainability and local collaboration. I was responsible for creating engaging content that highlighted the brand’s cruelty-free production processes and our partnerships with other local entrepreneurs. By making posts interactive, I encouraged customer engagement through polls, Q&A sessions, and product showcases. Additionally, I participated in various initiatives that promoted community support, aligning our online presence with our social and environmental values.
